Pricing: AI operations on retainer, from USD 2,500 setup or USD 5,000 a month

Priced on the number, not the hours.

There are free templates and there are seven-figure transformations. We sit between them: priced against the hours we return, and paid only when they come back. The floors are public so the first conversation is an honest one.

Prove it

First workflow

From USD 2,500 setup

One piece of repeat work moved to a system in fourteen days, on your real data, before you pay. Then a monthly run fee, set against the number. The way most relationships start.

  • One workflow, one number
  • Tested by your team before the invoice
  • Run fee from the first month it runs
Most companies

One workflow a month, a named lead, monthly measurement and a written report. The system learns your business as it goes. Cancel on thirty days' notice.

  • One more workflow every month

How a price is set

  1. 01  The audit names the workflow and measures the current cost.
  2. 02  We agree the number: hours returned, days to invoice, response time, error rate.
  3. 03  The price is set against that number, not against our hours.
  4. 04  The first workflow is tested on your data before the first invoice.

A worked example

A 40-person distributor spends about 180 hours a month on quoting, invoice follow-up and stock reconciliation. The first workflow, quote to invoice, goes live in two weeks for USD 3,500 setup. The audit sets the retainer number at 120 hours returned a month across the operation: USD 6,500 a month, one more workflow each month. Month three comes in at 104 hours, so that month's run fee is credited.

Questions, answered.

Why two floors, USD 2,500 and USD 5,000?

The first workflow is a fixed piece of work with a fixed price, so a company can prove the model on one job. The retainer floor is where a senior team's attention and a monthly number make sense. Below it, the work is too small to measure honestly.

What is in a setup fee?

Mapping the workflow, building it inside your tools, testing it on your real data with your team, and the documentation. Paid half on signing and half on acceptance. Mini ERP and custom ERP builds are scoped at the audit the same way.

What exactly is the outcome credit?

A named metric, a baseline and a measurement method are written into the statement of work. If a month's measurement misses the number for reasons within our control, that month's run fee is credited. Client-caused delays, data not provided and third-party outages are excluded, and the full terms are in the services agreement.

What are the payment terms?

USD invoices, bank transfer, net 15. Run fees monthly in advance. Card and other rails are coming.

Are there long contracts?

No. Monthly, cancel on thirty days' notice. Build work is a fixed scope with a fixed price.

Why not compete with the free tools?

Because the tools are not the hard part. Running the work every day, handling the exceptions and being accountable for the number is. That is what the fee buys.
