About Outwerk
Built by operators.
Outwerk is an AI operations team on retainer. We move a company's repeat work onto AI systems one workflow a month, run them every day, and are paid on the number.
Outwerk started as the systems behind two trading businesses in Mumbai: a B2B natural diamond supplier serving Europe and a bespoke jewelry brand serving India and Canada. Invoicing, inventory, delivery, client records. They still run on those systems. When other owners asked for the same thing, Outwerk became a company.
That origin shapes how we work. We have run payroll, chased invoices and reconciled stock at midnight. We know which work has a number attached and which does not, and we only take the first kind.

Four things we do not negotiate.

The number is the contract.
Every engagement is measured against a figure we agreed before we started. If we miss it in a month, you do not pay for that month.

Your data stays yours.
Accounts in your name, a data processing agreement, no training of general AI models on your data, and a clean handover if you leave.

Nothing replaced on day one.
AI needs context. The system runs alongside what you have, learns your rules and exceptions, and takes over one workflow at a time. We run the work; we do not run your marketing or social media.

Senior people, small team.
The people who scope your system build it and run it. No handoff to juniors, no outsourcing of your project.
Leadership
A product company, led by a product person.
Outwerk is led by founder Vivek Doshi, who built the company's first systems for his own businesses over a decade of running relationship-driven trade in Mumbai. He writes about building AI systems for real companies on LinkedIn.
The team is small and senior by design, with partners in Canada and advisors in finance and law. We will publish the full team here as it grows.
